DELIVERY POLICY

Saber Vault offers free door-to-door courier delivery, to main centres country wide, on all orders containing Lightsabers. 

Once your order has been confirmed and processed (1-2 business days for in-stock items) your order will be dispatched from Johannesburg for delivery and will be delivered to your door within 2-3 business days.  

Kindly note that deliveries to outlying or remote areas may take longer and may incur additional charges. 

A tracking number and tracking link will be provided to you via email as soon as your order has been processed.

Please note that back-ordered or pre-ordered items will only be shipped when stock becomes available and thus will have longer processing times than in-stock items. Estimated stock arrival time will be indicated on the back-ordered/pre-ordered products' page. Please ensure you take note of the estimated stock arrival time when you purchase any Saber Vault product on a back-order or pre-order basis.

Unfortunately we do not deliver outside the borders of South Africa at this time. 

Orders can only be delivered via courier. We do not offer a collection service at this time.

Please note that Saber Vault cannot be held responsible or liable for any delays caused by the relevant courier company.
